Natural Jaggery

Our jaggery is made by boiling freshly extracted sugarcane juice without any chemical treatment. No sulphur, no artificial clarifying agents. The result is a deeply flavoured, nutrient-rich gur that is a far healthier alternative to refined white sugar.
